Hope For Paws received several calls about two Pit Bulls chained up under a freeway. When they arrived, they found the abandoned dogs standing in their own feces.
Apparently, Animal Control had come but didn’t take the two dogs. But Hope For Paws knew Sir Guinness and Moose deserved a better life.
