Fifty the Pit Bull was born with the purpose of assisting people. His expectant mother was saved by a compassionate family throughout her pregnancy. Eventually, the family adopted Fifty from among his littermates.

Then the unimaginable occurred, the lively canine was living the happy life with his people and another doggy sibling, Izzy.

When a patrolling cop spotted Fifty, he grew scared and shot him in both of his right limbs. This was a textbook example of Pit Bull prejudice, as Fifty was a sweet and gentle dog.

As a result of the bullet wounds, however, both of the unfortunate dog’s right legs were amputated for good.

Just as Fifty was learning to balance on his two remaining legs, his world was once again flipped upside down. After losing their house owing to the recession, Fifty and Izzy’s owners were compelled to surrender them to the shelter this time. Fifty was back to square one after losing the one constant in his life.

At this era of darkness and uncertainty in Fifty’s life, he realized his genuine passion. He refused to be a victim of his circumstances and was determined to climb back up.

He would first stand with the support of walls, only to repeatedly falter. Because to his persistent commitment and effort, he was soon able to walk and run normally again!

Following nine months of rehabilitation at the shelter, Fifty finally found a loving, permanent home.

Instantaneously falling in love with his new people and siblings, he swore to be a model citizen each and every day. He adjusted to his new existence, which was filled with thrilling experiences and cuddling sessions.

Fifty’s new owners routinely foster dogs in need, so he leaped at the opportunity to be the finest foster brother to other sad creatures.

Fifty is a remarkable survivor who rises tall despite his infirmity and the numerous obstacles that life has thrown his way.

Let us honor this underdog and demonstrate that Pit Bulls are much more than a “hated breed.”
