Innocent Dog Digging The Fence Gets Shot In The Face. Then A Deputy Saves Her Life

(DogFull.Com) Deputy Brian Bowling, from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a call about a dog that had been shot. The dog, Ginger, dug through the fence and entered the neighbor’s yard – the neighbor shot her in the head. The neighbor claims that Ginger had rushed at him and he shot her in self-defense.
When Bowling arrived, Ginger was walking on the road, bleeding. Bowling, a trained paramedic, was able to put gauze on Ginger’s face to help stop the bleeding. He knew that she would need surgery to survive. An expensive surgery the family could not afford. So, Bowling offered to pay for the surgery.
A GoFundMe page was set up, and in one day it raised $5,500 to help pay back Bowling the money he spent on Ginger. Ginger is now looking for a new home. If you can help, send an email to haileybmiller@yahoo.com. Share away, people. Via: http://www.relayhero.com/
